I’m Naomi - an ace organiser, logistics queen, and the kind of wedding planner who thrives on lists, timelines, and making things happen. A Surrey native now loving life in vibrant Birmingham.

With years of experience as a wedding catering manager and wedding venue expert, I don’t just plan weddings, I bring them to life with enthusiasm and a ‘let’s get shit done’ attitude.

I’m naturally drawn to making sense of the wedding chaos, keeping things on track, and ensuring no detail is ever missed. Think of me as your wedding planning sat-nav, guiding you through every decision, cutting through the overwhelm, and making sure your show-stopper vision becomes an explosive reality.

But most importantly as your wedding planner & biggest cheerleader, I truly care. You and your guests are everything to me.

(FYI - I have an unhealthy addiction to Frank’s Buffalo Hot Sauce because in my opinion it belongs on everything.)

My Story in Weddings, Events & Hospitality

I started working in the wedding industry at the age of 14 for my mums wedding catering business and I never left.

With a lifelong dedication to hospitality, events, and weddings, I bring over 12 years of hands-on experience managing wedding venues, catering operations, and running seamless events.

I’ve handled everything from high-pressure logistics to last-minute crises, always delivering with kindness, passion, and a “get it done” mentality.

My background in hospitality, combined with expert knowledge in wedding catering, drinks, and event execution, means I help to bring my wedding couples a food fest, Champagne fuelled, bold, show-stopping, colourful wedding that truly reflects who they are.

If you want a wedding planner who knows the ins and outs of weddings & catering from timings and logistics to ensuring every guest is well-fed and the cocktails are flowing, well here I am.

I prioritise my couples above all else, offering relatable guidance, thoughtful advice and a reassuring presence to those who want a wedding day that’s bold, fun, personality-packed and joy-filled.
I'll help you to tackle the problem of overwhelm, lack of clarity and the fear of “doing it wrong” by offering expert guidance, deep catering and venue experience, and a warm, supportive approach. Together we will confidently design an iconic, meaningful celebration full of impact, style and joy.

When it comes to your wedding day, my positivity, understanding, kindness and genuine care will shine through with warmth.
I allow you to continue to do what you love, socialise and live your beautifully chaotic life whilst I meticulous take over everything behind the scenes.
I have always been extremely hands on, never asking my team to do something I wouldn't do. I’ll clear glasses, wipe tables, mop floors - getting stuck in is in my nature.
I will be your biggest cheerleader. Get to know me over a glass of your favourite drink so we can brainstorm together and see if we fit.
