Our journey starts either with a coffee meeting or online as soon as you book, plus one more planning support call when you need it most. Ensuring you feel supported well before the final countdown begins.

Six Weeks Before Your Wedding:

✓ Final supplier liaison. I contact each of you suppliers to finalise any last minute final details, logistics, and timing ensuring nothing has been missed.
✓ Venue visit together for our "Flow & Feel" walk-through where we talk through how your day will unfold
✓ Detailed timeline creation shared with all suppliers and wedding party
✓ Final logistics coordination to ensure everything is confirmed and ready

Wedding Day Management:

✓ First on-site to greet suppliers and coordinate all setup
✓ Full-day coordination from start to finish
✓ Meet and greet wedding party and key guests on arrival
✓ Supplier liaison throughout the day
✓ Timeline management and proactive adjustments
✓ Problem-solving (you'll never know anything went wrong)
✓ Guest support and care throughout celebration
✓ Final pack-up and supplier departure coordination

I'll be there from the very beginning to the very end, the first person suppliers see and the last to wave you off, ensuring everything is packed up and perfect.
