Our journey starts in an in-person coffee meeting as soon as you book, plus 2 x planning support calls throughout your planning, ensuring you feel supported well before the final countdown begins.

Six Weeks Before Your Wedding:

✓ Full supplier takeover. I coordinate all final details, logistics, and timing with your booked suppliers
✓ Venue visit together for our "Flow & Feel" walk-through where we talk through how your day will unfold
✓ Detailed timeline creation shared with all suppliers and wedding party
✓ Final logistics coordination to ensure everything is confirmed and ready

Wedding Day Management:

✓ First on-site to greet suppliers and coordinate all setup
✓ Full-day coordination from start to finish
✓ Meet and greet wedding party and key guests on arrival
✓ Supplier liaison throughout the day
✓ Timeline management and proactive adjustments
✓ Problem-solving (you'll never know anything went wrong)
