On-the-day Wedding Coordination Package
I know you’ve got this, but I’ll give you an uplifting boost.
This one’s for the couples who love the planning process but don’t want to spend their wedding day being the go-to problem solver. (Because let’s be real—having your name shouted every two minutes with another question is not the vibe!). You need a logistics powerhouse to step in on your wedding day, take charge, and make sure your striking and on point vision comes to life exactly as you imagined. I’ll be your hands on right-hand gal, keeping everything (and everyone) on track so you can actually enjoy your day—soaking it all in while knowing your guests are looked after and the whole day runs like a dream.
You do your thing, and then about six weeks out, I’ll jump in and take the reins. Here’s whats included:
Take over all communication with your booked suppliers to finalise and coordinate all those important details and timings.
Site visit to your venue with you to get really excited together – and of course go over what you’ve already planned.
Create detailed timelines and share with your suppliers and the wedding party.
Unlimited calls if you require any last-minute advice and support.
Meet your wedding party and key wedding guests on arrival.
Coordinate your whole wedding day from start to finish, meet and greet all your suppliers, ensuring everything is set up with your undeniable style in mind.
Problem solver Queen – because things don’t always go 100% to plan, and my job is to make sure you never even realise. With a seamless and calm approach to wedding planning, I’ve got your back.
I will be with you for a minimum of 12 hours on the day. You can extend this so I am there to wave you and your guests off; ensuring all your possessions are carefully packed up and making sure your suppliers leave the venue with everything they came with.
New extra addition for 2025 bookings:
Up to two whole hours on a video call with me at any point in your own wedding planning journey. This could be right at the beginning or half way through - whenever suits you. Perhaps you require help sourcing a supplier, you want to go over your own checklist to see if you are missing anything or you might be feeling stuck!! I can give you all my years of experiences, advice, reassurance and direction before I come on aboard 6 weeks prior.
