Here’s how it works with me as your Wedding Planner:

What I will do as your wedding planner & on the day wedding coordinator:
Take all the time-consuming wedding admin off your plate.
Work with you by guiding, supporting, and hyping you up every step of the way.
Make sure your wedding reflects you, your style, your vibe, your authenticity.
Picture us, flat whites in hand, tucked into an independent café, bringing your bold & beautiful wedding to life together. You at the forefront, me in your corner, making sure everything flows seamlessly and feels so right.
My process:
If you are interested in making your wedding planning journey fun, stress-free, colourful and positive make an enquiry or drop me a message here.
If you are looking at my on the day wedding coordination service we will then have a free 20 minute no obligation consultation call (no pressure just a relaxed chat so we can get to know each other).
If you are looking at my radiant full wedding planning package we can arrange either a video or in person consultation call (again free, no obligation chat). Choosing your wedding planner is a huge decision, we might be working together for over a year. I am completely with you if you would like to meet with me first.
After our chat or meet up, I will send over a detailed proposal including everything we spoke about. It will outline exact details about how many meetings are included, how to contact me with full transparency.
You then say Hell Yesss Naomi to the rescue. No Stress, Just Yes.
I’ll send over my contract terms and a deposit invoice.
Once I receive the signed contract and deposit, I’ll then send you access to your online portal with your budget tracker, supplier comparison, wedding day timeline and more. I’ll also include a timeline of what I’ll be working on and what I need from you.
Then the fun really starts - we plan & we laugh our way through it.
